The Plastics Song Contest 6 is the sixth edition of the Plastics Song Contest. It will be hosted in the winning country of Plastics Song Contest 5 in April/May: Sawsbuckistan. The contest will consist of two semi-finals and a final.

If any new country wishes to join, please contact glam.anto or reillyqueens22 on Skype. But in the meantime you can create your own country page and flag.

On April 29, 2017 Sawsbuckistan representatives appointed the human host of the competition: Andrea Boehlke. This will be Boehlke's second time hosting the contest, following her hosting of the inaugural edition in neighbouring Wanheda. The official tagline of the contest is #fearthedeer.

Location[edit | edit source]

The event is set to take place in the city of Lac Du Cherise, the largest city in Sawsbuckistan. The city underwent major changes with the construction of various statues in honour of the four forms of Sawsbuck, following the Sawsbuck Takeover of Zantaceal. The construction included the construction of the 69,000-seat Elite Wiśnia Stadium, the host venue of the Plastics Song Contest 6.

No other cities in Sawsbuckistan are believed to have launched bids to host the contest, with the Sawsbuck Panel in charge of the country reaching a unanimous decision on the hosting venue.

Lac Du Cherise is given the name as there is a red hue to the lake. Myths have Sawsbuck throwing their dead prey into there, but scientists believe its because of a natural population of cherries on the bottom of the lake.

Format[edit | edit source]

This was the third edition of the Plastics Song Contest to feature two Semi Finals, with 16 songs in each Semi Final. The Top Five from the Plastics Song Contest 5 automatically qualified for the Grand Final.

Semi Final Allocation Draw[edit | edit source]

The draw to determine which semi final each country would compete in was held on 12 May 2017. Following a major argument between contest organisers with regards to the allocation draw, in which Shaniqua "Shaniqua Diva" Satanic advocated for the ranking of countries based on Shaniqua Diva XXL Comfort Dildos owned per capita, the countries were not grouped into pots and were allocated to semi finals at complete random.

Incidents[edit | edit source]

Late Entry Reveals[edit | edit source]

The countries of Sawsbuckistan, Slumalia and Wanheda announced their entries past the original May 9th deadline. However, all three entries were approved by PBA executive Shaniqua "Shaniqua Diva" Satanic, who announced that "I play by my own fucking rules". The move was met with much criticism from broadcasters of several other countries. Shaniqua Diva later tweeted encouraging fans to unfollow those broadcasters on Twitter.

Ranking of Countries[edit | edit source]

The countries were expected to be ranked as usual ahead of the Semi Final draw. However, Shaniqua "Shaniqua Diva" Satanic proposed that countries be ranked based on the amount of Shaniqua Diva XXX Comfort Dildos per capita in each nation. Following a standstill between Shaniqua Diva and other broadcasters, an agreement was not reached and the countries would be allocated to Semi Finals completely randomly.
